Unless the Max Save Card is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the card, Max Save Card will pay for the return shipping costs. No returned card will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
All approved returns will be credited to the credit card account used to purchase the Max Save Card and will be processed no later than 10 business days after it is received. However, it may take more than one billing cycle for your return credit to appear on your statement.
Requested credits/refunds due to promotional offer changes are not eligible for price adjustments.
